Property Taxes
Receiving Your Tax Bill
Property owners will receive an interim tax bill by mail in February based on 50% of the previous year's total taxes. This bill will include two installments; one due February 28th and one due May 31st. The final tax bill is issued in August, with one installment due August 29th and one due October 31st. These tax bills will be sent 21 days prior to the due date. It is important to ensure that we always have your current mailing address on file so that you receive your tax bills on time and do not incur penalties for late payments. You must also inform MPAC of any mailing address changes. Please follow this link to the MPAC website page regarding Changing your Mailing Address
